Trump Border Chief Rebukes Hunter Biden Criticism

Tom Homan defends Trump’s border record after Hunter Biden blasts deportation policy as ‘Nazi-like’ in viral interview.

Tom Homan Fires Back at Hunter Biden’s Immigration Remarks

Trump administration border czar Tom Homan publicly pushed back Tuesday against Hunter Biden’s recent criticisms of the administration’s approach to illegal immigration, sparking a new round in the ongoing debate over border policy. Homan’s comments came during an appearance on 'The Ingraham Angle,' where he responded directly to Biden’s controversial remarks made during a wide-ranging podcast interview.

Hunter Biden, son of former President Joe Biden, had used strong language to condemn President Donald Trump’s immigration and deportation initiatives, comparing them to tactics used in Nazi Germany. “There is a minority group that those in power, that came into power through democratically elected means, are going to target this minority group because they're stealing all the jobs,” Biden argued during the interview. He went on to suggest that recent deportation policies amounted to sending marginalized people to “prison camps in a foreign country,” drawing a provocative parallel between modern U.S. practices and historic atrocities.

Homan was blunt in his rebuttal. “I don't really care what the former first drug addict thinks,” he said, referencing Biden’s widely known struggles with addiction. “I just thank God every morning I wake up we got President Trump in the Oval Office. And because of President Trump, in seven weeks we got the most secure border in this nation's history.”

Homan highlighted what he described as tangible successes under the Trump administration, asserting that federal agents are now “arresting public safety threats and national security threats every day across this country.” He further claimed, “We've already arrested three times the number of criminals that Biden did in the same timeframe.”

Controversy Extends to El Salvador and Social Media

Hunter Biden’s comments extended beyond the U.S., as he compared the Trump administration’s deportation program to conditions in Salvadoran detention facilities. He challenged listeners: “You think that the prison in El Salvador is not a…concentration camp, you're out of your…mind.” Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele responded to Biden’s statements on social media, referencing Biden’s past drug use and posting a video clip from the podcast with the question, “Is Hunter Biden sniffing powdered milk?”

Biden’s struggles with addiction have been public for years. In a widely seen 2021 interview with “CBS Sunday Morning,” he revealed, “I would smoke anything that even remotely resembled crack cocaine,” adding, “more Parmesan cheese than anyone you know.”

The exchange underscores how immigration policy remains a fiercely contested issue in American politics, especially as the country approaches another national election. Homan and his supporters argue that aggressive border enforcement is critical for national security and public safety, while critics like Hunter Biden warn that harsh deportation tactics risk violating human rights and recalling dark periods in world history.

With immigration enforcement again taking center stage in the nation’s political discourse, both sides appear determined to make their case to the American public as election season intensifies.
