Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accused Russia of attempting to deceive the United States and the world regarding its intentions to end the conflict. In a video address shared on X, Zelensky stated, "so far, there have been no signs of the Russian army preparing for real silence."

Zelensky emphasized that, contrary to any claims of de-escalation, Russian forces have resumed their usual assault activities since Easter, enduring significant losses while continuing their advances.

"Russia is really trying to deceive the world, to deceive America and others and to further prolong this war," Zelensky warned. He urged for heightened international pressure, asserting that sustained pressure is indispensable to compel Russia to take all necessary actions to end the conflict.

Zelensky’s remarks highlight Ukraine's persistent call for global support and vigilance against Russia’s ongoing military activities, underscoring the need for stronger measures to bring about peace.
