Trump Criticizes Judges on Immigration

United States President Donald Trump sharply criticized members of the judiciary, accusing some judges of being "radicalized" over their stance on immigration-related trials. Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump emphasized that future judicial nominations under his administration will focus on individuals who do not demand legal trials for every person who enters the country illegally.

"We have millions of people that have come here illegally and we can't have a trial for every single person; that would be millions of trials," Trump said. He argued that such an approach is not only impractical but also threatens national stability.

Trump added, "We have judges that are radicalized and they're crazy because they want us to have, if you believe this, a trial for every person that came in illegally into our country." He expressed disbelief over the judicial stance and questioned its alignment with the nation’s legal and security priorities.

The president further warned that the Supreme Court would need to intervene to prevent what he described as a legal overload. "I don't think the Supreme Court would stand for that, because if they do, we're not going to have a country," he asserted.

Trump’s remarks reflect his administration’s continued hardline stance on immigration enforcement and judicial appointments, particularly as immigration remains a defining issue in his re-election agenda. The president has long criticized the legal system’s handling of immigration cases and has advocated for stronger executive measures and expedited removals.

The comments are expected to reignite debate over immigration policy, judicial independence, and the separation of powers as Trump signals more aggressive judicial vetting in his upcoming nominations.
